Which calendars are supported with Jarma Room Booking Software

Currently three calendars are compatible with RoomBelt Application – G Suite (Gmail), MS office 365 and Zoho Mail Calendar. Just provide the email id and easily integrate them to start booking meeting rooms.

Can anyone test the application for trail period?

Yes, we offer a 15 days trial period where one can directly test the application by providing the compatible calendar user email ID. The room booking application is available for download directly from google playstore or apple app store. You you can contact us at mail@jarma.co.in for more details.

Can I buy this Software and get it installed On Premise instead of Cloud?

Yes, We are offering On Premise Option or we can get our main application installed on customers cloud server, only if the volume of license requirement is more than 30+ units. Since, ON premise installation will incur additional service cost, hence it will not be beneficial for Customers having less then 30 meeting rooms. For them Cloud option will be the best option.

What is the warranty period of Display panels purchased from Jarma?

Jarma offers Philips 10 Inch POE tablet which carries 3 years Standard OEM Warranty with free Wall Mount service from OEM. Customers are free to purchase compatible display panels themselves and can get the application installed on it either from google playstore or apple app store directly.
